I 'm very happy my Doctor my issue is the woman at front desk when ever I call they never answer the phone and I have called more than once and have to leave a message I've been in the office and have heard the phe ring and to two ladies are speaking with one another and do not answer the phone they have also been very rude when I come into the office These ladies shouldn't work there I would be nice to all patients and always make sure all phone calls are answered.

Have been a patient of Dr. Jido for years. Office well run. Appointments timely. Pete - Dr. Jido’s nurse well versed on your specific issue and follow up. Dr. Jido has successfully injected my right hip bone spurr issue with a pain level of 9 prior to a 1-2 after. Last injection lasted 2 years. Very happy overall. Office staff friendly and helpful.

Dr Campbell really knows his work. I enjoy my visits.
It sometimes takes 2 or 3 days for the office to communicate with me. I sometimes have to call 2 or 3 days in a row to get someone's attention... !;!

Dr. Favila listens to concerns and is easy to work with. The staff is always pleasant. Usually appointment runs on-time, or close to on-time. No significant delays like I have experienced at other practices.

Dr. Du is very efficient and thorough in explanation of symptomatology. He is easy to connect with and understood my needs as a patient. I minus one star, as some of the attending staff could use proper customer service training and work on their etiquette approach. Overall, Dr. Du is great to work with.
