If took me a full week (5 business days!) to get 1 RX refilled. Your phone service does a great job of filtering out most callers and allowing whom ever to hide behind VM’s. The only way I can get the job done is requesting a virtual appointment. The whole process is antiquated and laborious-Definitely NOT easy for the user to acquire a simple prescription refill…
