Dr Du is always fantastic. The only issue i have which has been an ongoing issue as long as I've been a patient is setting up appointments. The appointment system is either waiting 24+hrs for a call back if i leave a voice mail, or calling in and hoping someone pics up and doesn't drop the call while helping me. If the appointment set up was a bit more seamless then the experience going to this practice would be superb.
